1. Return and Exchange Eligibility
- You can return or exchange unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with original tags attached within 30 days from the date of receipt. For defective products, this period extends to 60 days.
2. Return Process
- Please contact our customer service team first to initiate the return or exchange. Provide your order number and details of the issue. After approval, carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging or similar sturdy packaging to avoid damage during transit.
3. Return Shipping
- For returns due to our fault (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost. If it's a non-quality-related return (such as a change of mind), you'll be responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own protection.
4. Refund or Exchange Options
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. If you prefer an exchange, we'll ship the replacement item as soon as possible, subject to product availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made clothing, lingerie, swimwear (if the hygienic seal is broken), and items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
